D-Link 10-Port Gigabit PoE Switch

The D-Link DGS-1010MP is a ten port Gigabit switch that supports Power over Ethernet, created for small offices, retail counters, classrooms, and other environments where network connectivity and device power need to travel through the same cable. It combines reliable data switching with generous PoE delivery in one compact chassis, allowing you to position cameras, wireless access points, or VoIP phones exactly where you want them without relying on nearby power outlets.

Eight of the ten ports provide PoE that follows the IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at standards. Each PoE port can supply up to 30 watts, and the switch manages a total power budget of 125 watts, so several power hungry devices can stay online simultaneously without overloading the unit.

For uplink connections, the switch adds one extra Gigabit RJ 45 port and one SFP slot. This mix lets you tie the switch directly to a router, another aggregation switch, or a fibre link to a distant room.
