The QNAP RAIL-A03-57 is a slide-rail kit that lets you mount a 2 RU or 3 RU QNAP server securely in a standard 19 inch rack. Designed for models such as the TS-879U, TVS-EC1680U, and REXP-1220U, it provides a straightforward way to install or service your hardware without wrestling with fixed shelves.

The rails adjust to racks with mounting post depths from 22.8 to 34.4 inches, so they fit a wide variety of cabinets in data centers, colocation facilities, and office server rooms. A load capacity of 125.7 lb (57 kg) keeps fully populated chassis stable, while the 19.1 inch front panel width and 18.3 inch center-to-center post spacing line up with common rack standards.

Installation is smooth because the kit mates with 9.5 mm square mounting holes found in most modern racks. Once the rails are anchored, you can slide the server out for drive swaps or upgrades, then push it back in until the latches click into place, saving time during routine maintenance.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, with tags, manuals, accessories, and original, unaltered packaging. Any item kept will be deducted from the refund. Start a return by sending us an email. Items sent back without approval may be refused or returned to the sender.

Some items are not returnable: opened TVs/combos/monitors 37″+, opened computers or software, electronic downloads, opened consumables (film, paper, bulbs, media, ink), custom or modified computers, special-order or “nonreturnable” items, submerged underwater gear, and opened educational media.

After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method; allow 5–7 business days for the credit to post. Shipping, handling, customs duties, and import taxes are nonrefundable. If an item is used, incomplete, or not in original condition, a 30% restocking fee may apply. Direct exchanges are not offered; purchase the replacement and return the original for a refund.

Product warranty
