The shipping

Shipping costs
Shipping costs for all orders, both domestic and international, are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly. Please note that certain products may qualify for free shipping, and if applicable, this will be reflected automatically at checkout based on the product’s eligibility.
Processing time
We process all orders within a maximum of 2 business days. This process includes verifying, packing, and dispatching your order to the post office or selected carrier. If an item needs to be shipped directly from the manufacturer due to availability, we will inform you of any potential delays.

Shipping locations
We ship to most countries worldwide, as long as they can receive international packages. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your country, please reach out to us at support@beingshipped.com before placing your order.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, except through USPS, and not all packages qualify for this option.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
Customs, duties, and taxes
All our products are shipped directly from the United States. As a result, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees determined by the regulations of the destination country and any trade agreements in place with the United States.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer when the order arrives in their country. The shipping carrier will typically contact the customer once the package is held at customs to arrange payment. Delivery will not proceed until all applicable fees are paid.
If the customer refuses to pay these charges and the shipment is returned to us, the return shipping fee charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, if the package incurs re-entry customs fees upon its return to the United States, these fees will also be deducted from the refund. In such cases, the final refund amount may be significantly reduced.
We strongly recommend that customers consult their local customs office prior to placing an international order to understand the potential costs and procedures required for importation.
